Mat Pilates with Sara

Mat pilates and matcha! Guests can expect a 45 min gentle yet challenging practice designed to build strength, stability, and flexibility using bodyweight-exercises on the mat - with matcha lattes to follow. With her supportive and trauma-informed approach, Sara creates an encouraging space where every body can move with confidence, build resilience, and enjoy the process of moving well. This is a multi-level class suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. This class requires the physical ability to stand up from a seated position on the ground without assistance.

Dream Work with Jess

You are invited to come swim around in the soulstream of your dreams. Dreams are the quiet language of the psyche, speaking in images, symbols, and mystery. The waking mind likes to try and solve dreams like puzzles and “figure them out.” However, if you practice revisiting, lingering, and exploring a dream, you may discover a more soulful invitation awaiting you.
