Tea for Entrepreneurs

An hour each month to refill your cup with people who get it. No one is in your business with you day in and day out like you are. And that can be exhausting and lonely. Join Community Gains at Understory Tea House for a monthly hour dedicated to taking care of ourselves and each other as entrepreneurs. Over a cup of tea, we'll create space for the people behind the businesses. Third Thursdays starting in July!

Introduction to chinese medicine and acupuncture

Join Jerr of Chattanooga Holistic Medicine for an interactive lecture and immersive experience centered around TCM. Guests can expect to learn basic foundations of Chinese medicine, perform gentle movement sequences, receive grounding acupuncture treatment and a guided meditation. Yoga mat required.

Monthly meditation

A donation based offering in partnership with Center Space Chattanooga held once a month for those seeking to practice mindfulness in community. Tea will be provided.

Tea Discovery Workshop

Join Miles Cramer of Smiles Tea for an introduction to the world of camellia sinensis. Miles has been working in the tea industry for the last 13 years traveling to gardens throughout East Asia and learning first hand from generational tea masters. Join us to learn more about cultivation, production, and the deep heritage and joy of drinking high quality tea while tasting through some exceptional offerings provided by Miles' travels.
